As a Process Associate, you are the bridge between the client’s requests and the final policy update:
Policy Management: Execute policy changes based on CRM requests while strictly following US state regulations.
Client Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients.
Volume & Quality: Handle a high volume of policy updates while maintaining 100% accuracy and quality.
Knowledge Sharing: Provide training to team members and colleagues to ensure process consistency.
