As a Quality Analyst, you are responsible for maintaining the “Gold Standard” of customer service:
Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits of phone, email, and chat interactions to ensure policy compliance.
Agent Feedback: Provide detailed, constructive feedback to agents and collaborate with the training team to fix performance gaps.
Trend Analysis: Analyze data to identify the root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Calibration: Participate in “Calibration Sessions” with team leads to ensure a standardized approach to quality.
Reporting: Develop and maintain QA documentation and performance reports for the management.
โ Eligibility & Qualifications
HTC Global Services is looking for a professional with a solid foundation in QA:
Education: Minimum Bachelorโs Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance within a contact center environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to spot trends in data.
