As a Customer Experience Professional, you will manage the critical SPEX (Spare Parts Exchange) cycle:

  • Core Recovery: Proactively contact customers via phone and email to recover aircraft “cores” (used parts) by their due dates.
  • Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to customer queries regarding the returns process.
  • Financial Oversight: Bill customers for late return fees as per the SPEX terms and conditions.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous logs of every transaction and customer interaction to ensure audit readiness.
