Job Overview & Highlights
- Role: Customer Support Representative (Voice Process)
- Work Model: 100% Remote / Work From Home
- Process: Lead Generation (Inbound/Outbound)
- Salary: ₹1.9 LPA (Take-home approx. ₹13,000 per month)
- Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off (Day Shifts)
Eligibility & Requirements
TP is looking for energetic individuals who can handle professional customer interactions.
- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English PLUS one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada) is mandatory.
Mandatory System Requirements (WFH Setup)
Since this is a remote role, you must have the following hardware to be eligible:
- Device: Personal Laptop (Mandatory).
- Processor: Intel i5 or i7.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
- Connectivity: Stable WiFi with at least 50 Mbps speed.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally for Lead Generation.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards in both English and your chosen regional language.
