This full-time on-floor operational role is responsible for daily shift management, shift planning, vendor coordination, inventory receiving, COUPA inventory modules, container compliance scanning, and associate mentoring across inbound warehouse workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Shift Operations & Support: Support operations managers and floor teams in daily shift execution, line management, and inbound receiving tasks.
- Vendor & Supply Coordination: Coordinate with external warehouses and procurement teams to plan and schedule supply shipments to the receive center.
- Inventory Management (COUPA): Log physical receiving of goods at the site, update the COUPA inventory module, and execute periodic physical stock counts/cycle counts.
- Material Tracking & GST Compliance: Monitor ASSPL material movements, generate GST invoices, and create Stock Transfer Notes (STN).
- Container Compliance & MIS: Scan, manage, and track Totes and Foldable Large Containers (FLC), preparing daily operational MIS reports.
- Associate Mentoring: Monitor and guide warehouse associates on shift productivity, quality benchmarks, and workplace safety compliance.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
1. Basic Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass / Higher Secondary Completion (or equivalent).
2. Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant operational experience in data analytics, inventory tracking, and metrics evaluation to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Basic familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., COUPA, SAP, MS Excel).
- Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
