Key Roles & Responsibilities
During this internship, you will be trained in the End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle, including:
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilizing premium job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and social media to find top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to shortlist high-potential profiles.
- Interview Coordination: Managing schedules between candidates and hiring managers using professional communication tools.
- Data Management: Maintaining Recruitment Trackers and databases using MS Excel and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Onboarding Support: Assisting in offer rollouts and follow-up activities to ensure a smooth hiring journey.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this specific cohort.
- Education: Any Graduate, Final Year Student, or Fresher with a keen interest in Human Resources.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, professional email etiquette, and social media sourcing.
