What is Healthcare Credentialing?
Credentialing is the process of verifying a doctor’s (provider’s) qualifications, licenses, and experience. CertifyOS uses an API-first platform to automate this, ensuring healthcare providers in the US can see patients legally and get paid by insurance companies (payors).
Your Roles & Responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst, you will handle critical data that keeps the US healthcare system running:
- Credentialing Research: Interpret and evaluate US provider licensure and medical education data.
- Application Management: Complete complex licensure and payor enrollment applications on behalf of CertifyOS customers.
- Data Validation: Authenticate information on the platform to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with US-based healthcare providers and clients via email for data collection.
- Guideline Development: Summarize research findings into clear guideline documents for global customers.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Candidates with Healthcare/Life Sciences background have an edge).
- Skills: Strong analytical research skills and excellent written English.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate API-driven platforms and UI-agnostic systems.
