Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Representative, you will be the voice of the brand for small and medium-sized businesses in North America:

  • Customer Interaction: Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Identify concerns and find effective solutions, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system to maintain data integrity.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights and report recurring issues to management to help improve business processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, multitasking, and expert-level verbal/written English communication.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and contact center technologies.

Logistical & Hardware Requirements

Since this is a high-performance remote role, candidates must have:

  • Laptop: Minimum 8GB RAM with an i5 8th-gen processor (or higher).
  • Internet: Reliable connection with at least 100 Mbps speed.
  • Peripherals: 720P Webcam and a professional headset.
  • Environment: A quiet, brightly illuminated dedicated workspace.

Work Schedule (US Shifts)

Please note that these roles follow US time zones:

  • Eastern Time: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
  • Pacific Time: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST
