Key Responsibilities

  • L1 Technical Support: Provide Level 1 support via Voice, Email, and Chat through the IT Service Desk.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist users in resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Documentation: Log all client interactions and resolutions accurately in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/BMC Remedy).
  • Remote Support: Support remote users globally using advanced remote desktop tools.
  • SLA Compliance: Ensure all tickets are resolved within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Technical & Professional Skills Required

Accenture is looking for candidates who are tech-savvy and customer-oriented:

  • Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Active Directory.
  • Processes: Basic understanding of Incident Management and the ticket lifecycle.
