Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will revolve around student satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will:
Manage Inbound Queries: Respond to student concerns via phone calls, live chats, and emails following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Problem Resolution: Diagnose student issues promptly and provide accurate solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex technical or academic issues.
Ownership: Manage student concerns from start to finish, ensuring closure within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and a professional tone in every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
