Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will revolve around student satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will:
- Manage Inbound Queries: Respond to student concerns via phone calls, live chats, and emails following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose student issues promptly and provide accurate solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex technical or academic issues.
- Ownership: Manage student concerns from start to finish, ensuring closure within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
