Salary & Retention Bonus

Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do
As part of the US Voice Process, you will be the point of contact for international customers.
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls for US-based clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining high service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Logical Skills: Good reasoning and analytical abilities.
- Shifts: Must be willing to work in US Night Shifts (Rotational).
