Internship Profile: Sourcing & Recruitment

As an HR Intern, you will be at the heart of HCLTech’s talent acquisition team.

• Key Tasks: Sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, handling initial candidate communication, and cold calling.
• Requirements: Strong English communication, proficiency in MS Excel, and confidence in presenting to audiences.
• Duration: 9 Months.

Eligibility Criteria (Read Carefully)

Who CAN Apply:

• Graduates (2024 & 2025 batches): UG (BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA) or PG (MA, MSc, MCom).
• Online/distance learners and final-year full-time students (pending separate guidance).
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site from the Chennai office.

Who CANNOT Apply:

• Graduates from IIT, IIM, NLU, IISER, NID, IIIT, IISc.
• Professional degree holders: MBA, CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, PhD, etc.
• Candidates whose family income exceeds ₹12 Lakhs or those with a family member in a permanent Government job.
• Those who have already completed NATS/NAPS or are currently under a state/central internship scheme.

• Monthly Stipend: ₹9,000 (₹8,100 via Govt DBT + ₹900 from HCLTech).
