🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Disqualifications
- Domicile: Candidate must belong to the state of Tamil Nadu.
- Passing Batches: Candidates who completed their Diploma in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or May 2026.
- Qualification Strictness:
- Degree holders (B.E. / B.Tech) or higher qualifications are strictly NOT eligible.
- Candidates with prior apprenticeship training or work experience of 1 year or more are ineligible.
🎯 Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the aggregate percentage of marks secured in their Diploma Engineering program.
- Document Verification / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and an interview by TNPDCL.
