Job Description & Responsibilities

The Semi-Voice role is a hybrid position where you will interact with customers through both written chat (English) and verbal communication (Tamil).

Query Management: Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via chat and calls.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation.
Productivity: Manage 5 days of work per week with 2 days of rotational offs.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate (Candidates with arrears are also eligible).
Year of Passing: Must have passed out after 2015.
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication in English (Written/Speech) and Tamil (Speech).
Technical Skills: Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Preferred Location: Candidates currently residing in Coimbatore are preferred.
Joining: Only Immediate Joiners will be considered.
