The Semi-Voice role is a hybrid position where you will interact with customers through both written chat (English) and verbal communication (Tamil).

• Query Management: Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via chat and calls.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation.
• Productivity: Manage 5 days of work per week with 2 days of rotational offs.

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Candidates with arrears are also eligible).
• Year of Passing: Must have passed out after 2015.
