Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this internship under the PMIS guidelines, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Must have completed Graduation (UG – BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, etc.).
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Roles and Responsibilities

As a PMIS Intern at HCLTech, you will be deeply involved in the People & Culture department. Your key tasks will include:

• Recruitment Support: Calling candidates from the database, counseling them (and their parents) regarding career opportunities, and scheduling interviews/assessments.
• Process Management: Handling Versant proctoring, scholars’ connect, and the end-to-end assessment process.
• Documentation: Coordinating with candidates for document submission and offer release.
• Onboarding: Informing and scheduling candidates for their joining dates.
• Data & Reporting: Updating candidate databases on parameters like eligibility and interest, and submitting timely reports to management.
• Events: Participating in webinars and events organized by the Government and other stakeholders.
