Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks

As the primary voice of Holafly, your mission is to transform technical connectivity hurdles into stress-free victories for global users. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Multichannel Troubleshooting: Resolving complex customer connectivity and configuration issues via chat, email, and video.
  • eSIM Lifecycle Management: Expertly guiding international users through the entire process, from purchasing and activation to live troubleshooting.
  • User Advocacy: Collaborating directly with internal product and engineering teams to identify recurring technical bugs and optimize user workflows.
  • Transactional Operations: Managing internal tools to accurately process digital orders, adjustments, and customer refunds.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently hitting high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by prioritizing rapid, empathetic, first-contact resolutions.
