Core Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate, you will be the core link driving revenue updates between US medical entities and large insurance firms. Your daily tasks include:

  • Payer Engagement: Initiating direct outbound voice calls to international healthcare insurance companies to evaluate the real-time status of pending medical claims.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identifying and resolving specific invoicing mismatches, processing errors, or technical payment variances.
  • Reimbursement Audits: Assisting healthcare clients by minimizing billing delays and maximizing clean claim insurance payouts.

  • Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in verbal English is mandatory, as the role relies purely on international voice interactions.
