1. Educational Qualifications
Degree: Must be a full-time Under Graduate (UG) or Graduate in any discipline.
Education Continuity: A minimum of 15 years of formal education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) is mandatory. Correspondence or partial-degree tracks are not considered for this role.
2. Core Professional Skills
Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal, reading, and written English communication skills are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
Selected customer support professionals will manage frontline international consumer interactions:
Handling inbound and outbound international customer calls with empathy, clarity, and active listening.
Diagnosing global user requirements and delivering accurate technical or account solutions efficiently.
Following internal compliance, data logging processes, and high-security transactional ethics.
