Eligibility Criteria & Skill Requirements

To secure entry into the campus and clear the initial screening gate, candidates must strictly align with the following educational and skill baselines:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Degree: Must be a full-time Under Graduate (UG) or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Education Continuity: A minimum of 15 years of formal education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) is mandatory. Correspondence or partial-degree tracks are not considered for this role.

2. Core Professional Skills

  • Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal, reading, and written English communication skills are non-negotiable.
  • Experience Note: While listed as open to freshers (0-2 years), the hiring brief notes a strong preference/requirement for prior exposure to international voice support workflows or international-standard calling fluency.
  • Technical Comfort: Basic understanding of customer success software, troubleshooting routine user issues, and high adaptability to tech-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

Selected customer support professionals will manage frontline international consumer interactions:

  • Handling inbound and outbound international customer calls with empathy, clarity, and active listening.
  • Diagnosing global user requirements and delivering accurate technical or account solutions efficiently.
  • Following internal compliance, data logging processes, and high-security transactional ethics.
