Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate, you will serve as the first line of defense for customers, ensuring seamless resolution through chat. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Chat Resolution: Acting as L0/L1 support for inquiries regarding software usage and photo/content printing.
• Escalation Management: Assessing issues accurately and escalating complex tickets to the L2 support team (Fuji Films).
• CRM Documentation: Monitoring service requests in the CRM system, keeping detailed records of interactions, and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
• Customer Success: Providing accurate, complete information using standardized tools and methods to meet individual and team productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
