Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind the company’s organizational scaling, owning full accountability for core hiring metrics:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the complete talent acquisition pipeline with direct ownership of metrics like Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.
  • Cross-Functional Sourcing: Scaling talent pipelines across both deep technical domains and non-technical business functions.
  • Niche Sourcing & Headhunting: Leveraging advanced search architectures on LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referral networks, and professional databases to engage niche talent.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partnering actively with cross-functional business leaders to forecast organizational headcount requirements and design agile sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Screening profiles, conducting foundational interviews, scheduling panel evaluations, and maintaining continuous candidate engagement to boost final offer conversion rates.
  • Analytics Tracking: Utilizing recruitment analytics and automated talent dashboards to isolate process bottlenecks and optimize speed.

Job Requirements & Prerequisites

To qualify for the formal evaluation stages, applicants must meet the following baseline filters:

  • Domain Specialization: 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience specifically operating within a SaaS setup.
  • Platform Familiarity: Proven experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to log candidate journeys and streamline workflows.
