Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer at Movate, you will be resolving real-time enterprise and consumer IT issues over voice channels:

  • Prompt Technical Triage: Responding quickly, courteously, and knowledgeably to incoming hardware, software, or network support queries.
  • First Call Resolution (FCR): Troubleshooting customer environment anomalies effectively to diagnose and resolve technical bugs during the initial interaction.
  • Customer Education: Guiding end-users through step-by-step system installations, hardware configurations, and digital product workflows.
  • Proactive Outbound Engagements: Initiating outbound support calls to current customers to follow up on unresolved tickets, patch installations, or critical system updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Academic Baseline: Must hold a completed graduation degree (Any Bachelor’s Degree).
  • Domain Experience: A mandatory minimum baseline of 6 months of experience strictly inside a Technical Voice Support process. Candidates from non-technical customer service or chat backgrounds will not fit the screening criteria.
  • Communication Depth: High-level English fluency with crisp verbal articulation to handle international customer concerns smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical aptitude to logicalize network/system installation bugs and communicate complex solutions simply.
