As a Customer Service Executive for the FASTag digital ecosystem, you will serve as a key touchpoint for resolving user queries:
Email Queue Management: Managing, analyzing, and responding to inbound customer queries and disputes regarding FASTag accounts via official email channels.
Turnaround Time (TAT) Adherence: Ensuring all customer communications receive highly accurate, empathetic, and definitive resolutions within a strict 24-hour window.
Quality Assurance: Maintaining premium service quality, precise compliance standards, and grammatical accuracy in all corporate correspondences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering effectively with internal tech teams, payment gateways, and external stakeholders to track payment or toll discrepancies.
De-escalation: Handling challenging customer scenarios with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and strict professionalism.
