  • AI-Driven Recruitment: Utilize advanced AI sourcing engines, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking software (ATS), and generative AI models to implement smart sourcing and automated talent mapping.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track key operational metrics like conversion funnels, pipeline velocity, and source performance to continually optimize resource acquisition.
