Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a GBS Preferred Customer Associate at UPS, you will handle direct account management and provide an exceptional corporate service experience:
Account Ownership: Provide a dedicated, one-to-one customer service experience for premium UPS Preferred accounts.
Issue Resolution: Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex account problems, package tracing issues, and shipment claim inquiries.
End-to-End Tracking: Maintain complete ownership of customer situations from the initial log until a final resolution is reached, including performing structured follow-ups and necessary outbound client calls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and support strong working relationships with core internal departments, including Billing, Delivery Information, and Ground Operations.
