Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a GBS Preferred Customer Associate at UPS, you will handle direct account management and provide an exceptional corporate service experience:

  • Account Ownership: Provide a dedicated, one-to-one customer service experience for premium UPS Preferred accounts.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex account problems, package tracing issues, and shipment claim inquiries.
