Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer at Movate, you will handle incoming technical inquiries and troubleshoot user environments:

  • International Client Support: Assist US-based customers over voice and live chat channels to resolve technical queries.
  • Concurrency Management: Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming customer calls while maintaining live chat queues simultaneously.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose network and hardware connectivity issues involving routers, modems, IP configuration, and standard operating environments.
  • Process Adaptability: Flexibly adapt to rotational night shifts supporting global operational timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
