Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer at Movate, you will handle incoming technical inquiries and troubleshoot user environments:
International Client Support: Assist US-based customers over voice and live chat channels to resolve technical queries.
Concurrency Management: Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming customer calls while maintaining live chat queues simultaneously.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose network and hardware connectivity issues involving routers, modems, IP configuration, and standard operating environments.
Process Adaptability: Flexibly adapt to rotational night shifts supporting global operational timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background: Any recognized Bachelor’s degree in any educational stream.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a dedicated technical support, technical helpdesk, or tech support BPO setup.

Technical Foundation: Practical knowledge of basic networking concepts including IP address configuration, modem setups, Wi-Fi routers, and standard system troubleshooting steps.
