E-commerce leader Amazon is actively recruiting for the position of Transportation Representative (Trans Ops Representative) within its Network Operation Center (NOC) team. The NOC serves as the central command hub managing transportation execution across North America, Europe, and India. Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
As a Trans Ops Representative in Amazon’s NOC, your role spans both Inbound and Outbound transportation logistics:
Inbound Operations Management: Coordinate between vendors, freight carriers, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs) to ensure on-time freight pickup and scheduled delivery appointments.
Outbound Operations Management: Monitor outbound freight movement from FCs to carrier hubs and delivery stations, ensuring customer orders leave on time to meet delivery promises.
Real-Time Exception Handling: Query internal Amazon logistics tools to research delays, resolve real-time operational bottlenecks, and minimize supply chain friction.
Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear updates across external stakeholders (carriers, suppliers) and internal teams (Retail, Finance, Software Support, FC Leadership).
Process Improvement & Analytics: Analyze network variance trends, prepare weekly narrative reports outlining findings, and recommend automated solutions to streamline logistics operations.

Basic Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
