Job Profile & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work in night shifts and handle customer success operations:
- Customer Assistance: Handle real-time international voice calls to resolve customer queries and provide technical/service assistance.
- Shift Details: Night shift timings with 2 days of rotational week offs.
- Transportation: Free two-way cab facility available for employees living within a 25 km radius of the office based on shift timings.
