Selected candidates will work in night shifts and handle customer success operations:

• Customer Assistance: Handle real-time international voice calls to resolve customer queries and provide technical/service assistance.
• Shift Details: Night shift timings with 2 days of rotational week offs.
• Transportation: Free two-way cab facility available for employees living within a 25 km radius of the office based on shift timings.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria

To attend the walk-in interview, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (+2), 3-year Diploma, or Graduation in any stream.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Distance Criteria: Candidates must reside within a 30 km radius of the Chennai office location or be ready to relocate immediately.
• Availability: Only immediate joiners are preferred.
