Insurance Claim Follow-Up: Monitor accounts receivable balances and contact US insurance companies via phone calls to follow up on pending, unpaid, or underpaid claims.
Problem Resolution: Identify claim rejection reasons, obtain claim updates, and ensure timely resolution according to process guidelines.
Process Training: Selected freshers will undergo structured training upon joining to learn US healthcare systems and medical billing workflows.
2. Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Work Experience:0 Years (Freshers only).
Educational Qualification:Any Graduate in any discipline.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and spoken English skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate office software with minimal supervision.
Availability: Seeking candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable working night shifts.
