- Problem Resolution: Identify claim rejection reasons, obtain claim updates, and ensure timely resolution according to process guidelines.
- Process Training: Selected freshers will undergo structured training upon joining to learn US healthcare systems and medical billing workflows.
2. Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Work Experience: 0 Years (Freshers only).
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and spoken English skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate office software with minimal supervision.
