Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Management Trainee at Hexaware, you will be involved in core operational and management initiatives:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile operational data across channels to create performance dashboards for leadership review.
- Process Optimization: Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest Lean/Agile frameworks to drive process efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
