Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Management Trainee at Hexaware, you will be involved in core operational and management initiatives:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile operational data across channels to create performance dashboards for leadership review.
Process Optimization: Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest Lean/Agile frameworks to drive process efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Function as a liaison between execution teams and executive management.
Executive Presentations: Build and deliver data-backed presentation decks to senior decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business units to support strategic projects.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Post-Graduation: Currently enrolled in a 2-year full-time MBA program (Business Management or related specialization) from the 2026 batch.
Graduation Criteria: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% or 6.00 CGPA.
Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and BI tools; strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Work Location Agility: Base location is Siruseri, Chennai, but candidates must be open to relocation across any Hexaware office in India.
