Tech Mahindra has announced a major recruitment drive offering 100 open positions for the role of International Voice Process Executive at its Electronic City Phase 2 campus in Bengaluru.

This full-time, permanent position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates looking for a career in global business process management.

As an International Voice Process Executive, you will act as a primary customer support contact for US-based enterprise clients:

• Inbound Customer Support: Handle inbound calls from US-based customers with professionalism, courtesy, and high empathy.
• First-Call Resolution (FCR): Diagnose customer issues, answer service queries, and deliver precise solutions during initial calls to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to operational quality metrics, process guidelines, and daily call handling/productivity targets.
• CRM & System Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, call logs, and ticket resolutions into standard CRM systems.

3. Eligibility Criteria & Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Background:

• Education: HSC (12th Pass), Diploma, Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree holders. Candidates currently pursuing regular full-time degree programs are not eligible.
• Experience: 0 to 4 years of customer support experience. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Mandatory Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent verbal English communication suitable for interacting with international clients.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in continuous US Night Shifts.
