• Monitor the calls of every advisor and supply instant suggestions to them in case of essential errors and non-critical errors
• Decide whether or not the brokers preserve a pre-determined and acceptable degree of contact dealing with by monitoring and check contact analysis.
• Report contacts dealing with efficiency and statistics by monitoring and check contact analysis. Additionally share every day, weekly, and month-to-month experiences submitted to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

• Randomly monitor calls to make sure Consumer/TP requirements are maintained.
