Eligibility Criteria
1. Domicile Requirement
Only Indian Nationals who are domiciles of the following Northern Region States/UTs are eligible:
- Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
2. Educational Qualification
- Graduate Apprentices: Full-time (Regular) 4-year B.E./B.Tech degree or 3-year BCA/B.Com degree from an AICTE/UGC recognized institution. (Must have passed in 2024 or later).
- Diploma Apprentices: Full-time (Regular) 3-year Diploma in Engineering in relevant streams. (Must have passed in 2024 or later).
- ITI Apprentices: ITI / NCVT certificate in relevant trades (COPA, Steno, Hardware & Networking).
3. Age Limit (As on 16.09.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 26 Years (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD as per Govt. guidelines).
4. Ineligibility
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, or have job experience of 1 year or more are not eligible.

Training will take place at various Northern Region airports/offices, including:
- Airports/Stations: Adampur, Amritsar, Agra, Aligarh, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Bareilly, Bhatinda, Bikaner, Chitrakoot, CATC-Prayagraj, Dehradun, Farukkhabad, Fursatganj, Gorakhpur, Gwalior, Hindon, Hissar, Halwara/Ludhiana, Jammu, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Kangra-Gaggal, Kanpur, Khajuraho, Kullu-Bhuntar, Kushinagar, Kishangarh, Kota, Lucknow, Leh, Moradabad, Muirpur, Meerut, Pantnagar, Pathankot, Pratapgarh, Pithoragarh, Prayagraj, Safdarjung, Shravasti, Srinagar, Shimla, Udaipur, Varanasi, and offices in New Delhi.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Provisional selection based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Degree / Diploma / ITI).
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be notified via their registered email IDs for document verification.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to verification of original certificates and submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Government Medical Officer.
