🩺 Role Overview – Healthcare Claims Team
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of Accenture’s Healthcare Claims team, responsible for managing and supporting end-to-end healthcare operations.
Key Focus Areas:
- Health claims administration
- Claim registration and verification
- Claims evaluation and processing
- Examination and litigation support
- Hospital and healthcare facility administration
You will also gain exposure to patient services, quality assurance, healthcare policies, budgeting, research, and public relations within healthcare operations.
