This structured cadre program is designed to groom future leaders by providing hands-on exposure to core port operations, terminal management, process automation, and strategic planning.
As an Executive Trainee, you will work closely with the Site Head and cross-functional departments to drive operational excellence. Your core duties will include:
Strategic & Operational Support: Assisting the Site Head in monitoring overall port performance, vessel handling, cargo throughput, and tracking key operational metrics.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and building dashboards/presentations for senior management.
Coordination & Governance: Acting as a bridge between diverse teams including Operations, Marine, Maintenance, HSE, Finance, and HR to align activities with site objectives.
Process Improvement: Participating in cost optimization, digitalization, automation, and efficiency-driven infrastructure projects.
Compliance & Stakeholder Management: Ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and port authority guidelines, maintaining audit documentation, and coordinating with external vendors and regulatory bodies.
Eligibility Criteria
Adani is looking for dynamic, analytical minds who meet the following academic requirements:
Engineering Track: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from any technical discipline.
Management Track:MBA / PGDM specializing in Operations, Logistics, Finance, or General Management.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
