The Role: What You’ll Do
This internship is designed as a structured learning journey. Under the mentorship of a Senior Manager, you will:
PMO & Transition Support: Assist in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies. You’ll help with “Go-Live” documentation and transition checklists.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Use tools like Power BI and Excel to create insightful reports that help track project health.
Governance: Support quality assurance efforts and ensure projects adhere to global governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Management: Learn to navigate a complex global enterprise by coordinating with various business units like Finance (O2C, R2R) and HR (Hire to Retire).
Continuous Improvement: Identify small process gaps and propose improvements through a “learning-led” approach.
