About the Role

The AR Caller role involves resolving outstanding accounts receivable for US healthcare clients through calls and analysis. Candidates will handle claim follow-ups, identify denial trends, and support the billing process.

• Analyze outstanding AR and resolve issues through phone calls
• Identify patterns in denials, claim issues, or billing roadblocks
• Ensure SLA compliance for productivity and quality
• Update call outcomes accurately in the billing system
• Follow process guidelines, policies, and updates
• Improve performance based on feedback from managers and quality teams

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:
Graduates from the following streams (2020–2025 pass outs):

• BBA
• BA
• B.Com
• BCA
• B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths)

Not Eligible: Diploma, BE / BTech / ME / MTech candidates.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Logical thinking and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Willingness to learn RCM processes

• Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Transport: 2-way cab provided
• Week Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed
