About the Role

The AR Caller role involves resolving outstanding accounts receivable for US healthcare clients through calls and analysis. Candidates will handle claim follow-ups, identify denial trends, and support the billing process.

This role provides an excellent learning platform for those starting their career in medical billing and healthcare outsourcing.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze outstanding AR and resolve issues through phone calls
Identify patterns in denials, claim issues, or billing roadblocks
Ensure SLA compliance for productivity and quality
Update call outcomes accurately in the billing system
Follow process guidelines, policies, and updates
Improve performance based on feedback from managers and quality teams

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:
Graduates from the following streams (2020–2025 pass outs):

BBA
BA
B.Com
BCA
B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths)

Not Eligible: Diploma, BE / BTech / ME / MTech candidates.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication
Logical thinking and analytical skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Willingness to learn RCM processes

Work Details

Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
Transport: 2-way cab provided
Week Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed
