As a Customer Support Specialist, youβll become the voice of Aircall β guiding clients, resolving issues, and ensuring they get the most out of the platform. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology, customer service, and teamwork.
Youβll work closely with global teams to handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary.

Minimum 1 year experience in SaaS / B2B customer support

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
