As an Investigation Representative, you will manage and resolve seller-related issues by analyzing data, using internal tools, and making real-time decisions. You’ll act as a key communication link between sellers, associates, and management, ensuring program standards and performance metrics are consistently met.
This role requires high ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations and resolve issues accurately within SLA timelines
- Research and analyze data to identify trends and root causes
- Use internal tools to make informed, real-time decisions
- Ensure smooth flow of information between stakeholders
- Report investigation progress, highlight risks, and propose solutions
- Maintain high standards without compromising turnaround time
- Support sellers, associates, and management teams
📅 A Day in the Life
- Handle assigned investigations end-to-end
- Perform deep dives to summarize findings
- Identify gaps and risks in current processes
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status and resolutions
- Drive continuous improvement in investigation mechanisms
✅ Basic Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to concentrate and follow up until resolution
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
- Familiarity with:
- Windows OS
- MS Outlook & MS Word
- Internet browsers
- Good typing speed and accuracy
