As part of the Transaction Risk Management Team, you will work on identifying suspicious activities, preventing buyer abuse, and protecting Amazon’s financial, legal, and reputational interests.

- Investigate suspicious transactions and behaviors posing risk to Amazon and its customers
- Apply Buyer Abuse Prevention SOPs to ensure high-quality decisions
- Identify known abuse patterns and discover new fraud trends
- Use internal tools and online research to analyze transactions accurately
- Take corrective actions to minimize financial, legal, and reputational risks
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards
- Meet weekly productivity and quality benchmarks
