Job Role & Responsibilities
As an ECR Transportation Representative, you won’t just be “answering calls.” You will be part of an elite team that rescues customer experiences when things go wrong in the IN Network.
Escalation Management: Handle high-level inquiries from leadership and specialized escalation channels.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Don’t just fix the problem—find out why it happened. You will identify systemic failures and quality concerns.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with CS and non-CS departments to implement long-term fixes to technology and processes.
Professional Communication: Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication when dealing with internal leaders and customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Management, Business, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing) OR 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
Skills: Exceptional English communication (written and verbal) and strong analytical abilities.
Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7/365 environment, including night shifts and holidays.
Software: Ability to handle administrative details independently with good judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
Experience handling confidential information and interacting with senior executives.
Ability to react with urgency in high-pressure situations.
