As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Handle customer queries via Phone, Chat, and Email
• Assist with order issues, payments, product queries, and website navigation
• Use multiple tools to research and resolve issues

You won’t be asked to read from a script — instead, Amazon provides training to help you problem-solve effectively.

• Rotational shifts (Day / Late / Overnight)
